For years Kathy has greatly enjoyed capturing "a moment in a time that can last a lifetime". She has been shooting pictures about 15 yrs, but within the last 10 years  the opportunity for her to travel has made her outlook and outcome even more exciting. Being from Hot Springs Arkansas, She has been able to travel to the north, south, east and western parts of the United States. Then to Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and the Bahamas. Recently returning from London, Scotland and Wales with awesome shots of Abbey's, Castles, Cathedrals and the beautiful landscapes.

Living in Alaska for 2 years was just breathtaking. While exploring life on the Last Frontier has been nothing short of exhilarating from the get go.

From Bull Moose, Eagles and Whale watching too flying over Mt. Mckinley, traipsing through the Tundra of Denali. Staying weekends at rustic old cabins to watch for Bears or Kayaking in the coves with the Otters and Whales, also Snowmobile riding, Dog sledding and even getting aboard the Alaska train. Then exp loring Ice Caves, walking on Ice Glaciers, shooting pictures of the Northern Lights and learning to ski at Alyeska.

Kathy has been able to shoot from wide open areas to the smallest of macro crystals forming in the ice caves.

She has been shooting Canon products since day one and is one who has an open mind about whatever feels good and works well for you, go for it. She shoots both film and digital and  must admit she likes the convenience of the digitals.

 

Hello !!! Ok, above all that, I can say there is no other way to explain this other than "WOW" what a way to capture a moment in time that can last forever. I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
